Luxmon is the CEO of the National Credit Bureau (NCB), Thailand’s leading credit reporting agency. With deep expertise in economic policy, financial inclusion, and innovation, she is committed to expanding financial access and supporting economic growth. Before joining NCB, Luxmon served as Advisor to the President of Thailand Science Research and Innovation and Deputy Secretary-General of the Eastern Economic Corridor Office, where she led investment promotion and international relations. She was previously a Senior Country Economist at the Asian Development Bank, focusing on macroeconomic policy and capital market development, and began her career as a tax policy analyst at the Ministry of Finance, later becoming Chief of Staff to the Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister. Luxmon holds a BA in Political Science from Chulalongkorn University, a postgraduate degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge, and a Ph.D. in Southeast Asian Studies from the University of Hull.
