Maria Oldham is a global executive with over 20 years of experience across the finance, payments, and technology sectors, specialising in operational excellence, strategic finance, and large-scale market expansion. She has led high-performing teams across multiple continents.

As of October 2025, she serves as Chief Operating Officer at Yellow Card, one of the world’s largest licensed stablecoin-based infrastructure providers, operating 34 markets.

Prior to Yellow Card, Maria held senior leadership roles at several innovative fintech and technology companies. Her experience includes serving as SVP & Global Head of Strategy, Corporate Development and Finance at dLocal; VP of Marketplace at Brazilian unicorn Loft; and Head of Latin America for PayPal’s SME business.

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, and now based in London, Oldham holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV and an MBA from the London Business School.
