She is the Founder of MERA - a strategy and growth advisory firm supporting financial institutions and fintech companies across Israel, Europe, and Asia.

She previously served as CEO of a European EMI, and held senior leadership roles in banks and KPMG, driving digital transformation, open banking, and fintech innovation within major financial organizations.

Today, Meital advises boards and executive teams on financial product expansion, cross-border growth, and commercialization strategies. She is also a General Partner in a fintech venture fund and is establishing FNext - a fintech and insurtech academy.
