Melisa is the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director of Superbank, where she leads the bank’s financial strategy, large-scale digital transformation, and its journey toward becoming a public company. Prior to Superbank, she served as CFO of a payment fintech OY! Indonesia, and held senior roles at DBS Bank Indonesia as Head of Credit Risk & COO.

She is actively involved in professional communities as Board Member of CFA Society Indonesia, Director of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) Indonesia, CPA Australia Advisory Committee, Co-Founder of Indonesia Women in Finance Club, and Vice President of the NTU Alumni Association Indonesia.

She was awarded Indonesia Most Extraordinary Women Business Leader 2025, Indonesia Best CFO 2024 by SWA Magazine, Top 500 Most Outstanding Women 2026, Top 200 Future Leaders 2025 by Infobank, Indonesia's Women Influencer 2023 by WFIS.
