Namrata Jolly is a senior leader with extensive experience in financial services and technology, having run teams across Asset management, Trust banking, Consumer Banking & Insurance. Her experience has been running business functions across Asia and Europe at Citigroup, Prudential, Credit Suisse Asset Management and NikkoCiti Trust,in the areas of Digital Engagement, Experience, Customer segmentation, Operations, Cybersecurity, Technology & running business P&L.

She is the Managing Director, Head of Asia Financial Services Industry at Microsoft, responsible for bringing value to Asian clients across the sub-verticals of Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets. At Microsoft, Namrata and her team are responsible for supporting clients with large transformations enabling them to achieve value in both their topline and bottom line. She is also involved in engaging with regulatory bodies and industry associations across the region. Previously, Namrata was GM running the Business for Callsign in Asia, a UK headquartered digital identity pioneer.
