As CTO of Ryt Bank, Nic is helping to build Malaysia's first AI-native digital bank, for Malaysians by Malaysians. Ryt Bank redefines banking by putting the power of AI in the hands of customers to perform conversational banking: text-to-transfer, image-to-pay, and instant credit line approval.

His career history spans the full spectrum of technology evolution, from Amazon's robotic warehouses and AWS cloud computing revolution to Malaysia's fintech and digital banking growth. Most recently at AmBank, he led cloud transformation and modernization of legacy banking systems. At NYSE-listed MoneyLion, he led a global technology team across 200+ engineers, scaling their consumer financial platforms. He’s also architected and scaled Setel's fuel payments ecosystem under Petronas from a startup to Malaysia's largest fuel payment platform.
