Nichel Gaba is the CEO and Founder of PDAX (Philippine Digital Asset Exchange), a trusted and regulated platform licensed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). Since 2017, PDAX has empowered Filipinos with secure access to modern financial products, including cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets, and Philippine government bonds.

Nichel is an alumnus of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance as a Benjamin Franklin Kahn / WRIT Real Estate Scholar and William Mack Award recipient. He also holds the esteemed title of CFA Level 3 Charterholder.

Prior to founding PDAX, Nichel built a career in global financial markets, serving in senior roles at HSBC, Macquarie Capital, and Evercore, with expertise spanning banking, asset management, trust, and securities services. Notably, he served as a Vice President in the Trust Department at HSBC for over 3 years.

His mission today is to drive financial inclusion in the Philippines through digital innovation, making wealth-building tools accessible to every Filipino.
