Nick Woodruff is the Chief Strategy Officer and a founding member of the executive team at Trust Bank, one of the world’s fastest-growing digital banks. With over 20 years of experience across Europe, Africa and Asia, Nick brings deep expertise in financial services, covering strategy, M&A, treasury, investor relations, and data and analytics.

A seasoned leader at the intersection of traditional banking, fintech and startups, Nick has played key roles in launching and scaling multiple ventures and leading major business transformations. At Trust, he leads the bank’s Generative AI strategy, driving innovation through emerging technologies and data-driven platforms.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
