Mr. Nofel Daud is the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of the Bank of Punjab, and has been with the Bank since December 2015 in different capacities including Head Distribution, Group Head Retail Banking and Group Head Strategy & Strategic Initiatives. He has worked extensively for developing branch banking and digital payment channels to deliver business targets, enhancing service quality, re-engineering processes to create efficient workflow and curtailing market. In his capacity as CDO, he spearheaded the development AI-driven automated credit underwriting models, including implementation of gamified psychometric evaluations, to enable financial inclusion of thin-file customers at scale. In addition to the banking sector he holds experience of working for the public sector as well. He has also served as Chief Executive for Kansai Paints.

He has got a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from UET Lahore followed by Master’s in Business Administration from LUMS, where he was the Gold Medalist.
