I am the Head of the Digital Som Division within the Digital Financial Technologies Department at the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.

My professional activities focus on the development and implementation of the Digital Som project, Kyrgyzstan’s central bank digital currency (CBDC) initiative. My responsibilities include overseeing project implementation, coordinating with technology providers and financial institutions, supervising the development of business and technical requirements, platform architecture design, integration with existing payment systems, and pilot testing.

My areas of professional interest include central bank digital currencies, digital payment infrastructure, financial innovation, distributed ledger technology (DLT), and payment system interoperability.
