With over 35 years of experience across financial services and manufacturing, Rajay brings deep expertise in cloud technologies, agile delivery, and lean software practices to drive business-aligned transformation.

Prior to joining Trust Bank, Rajay served as Head of Digital Engineering and Applied Innovation at Macquarie Bank in Australia, playing a key role in modernising its digital platform. He has also contributed to mission-critical product and platform initiatives for leading global organisations, including Westpac, Suncorp, Corning, Samsung, Toshiba, CSK Japan, and Toyota Japan.
