Biography

anjani Rangan is a seasoned fintech and financial crime leader with over 25 years of experience across global banking, regulated financial institutions, and advisory roles. She is currently the CEO of a MAS-regulated payments entity under Changi Airport Group, where she leads digital payments innovation alongside enterprise-wide AML/CFT and regulatory frameworks.

A recognised expert in anti-money laundering and financial crime risk, Ranjani advises boards, regulators, and financial institutions on compliance strategy, governance, and cross-border regulatory challenges. She also serves as Chairperson of the International Trade Council (ITC), where she supports global trade dialogue and advises companies on expanding into Asia from a fintech and regulatory perspective.

Ranjani is an ACAMS faculty member and author of AML Compliance in Complex Supply Chains. Previously Deputy Country Head at Wells Fargo, she brings deep cross-border experience and continues to contribute through board and advisory roles.
