Razeen Dzarif Al Hasyeer bin Raduan is an Analyst in Market Development & Innovation at the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA), where he works across financial innovation, regulatory development and market development for Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (Labuan IBFC). His work includes developing and enhancing regulatory frameworks for emerging financial services, assessing new business models, and contributing to initiatives involving tokenisation and regulatory sandboxes.

Prior to Labuan FSA, Razeen gained experience in corporate and investment banking at Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad and in strategy and advisory at KPMG Malaysia. As a next-generation financial sector professional, he is particularly interested in how stablecoins, tokenisation and emerging forms of digital money could reshape the way Asia’s next generation moves, invests and interacts with money
