He helps professionals & business leaders get better at design thinking in real-world projects, as a teaching lead at IDEO U. His Disney Design Thinking newsletter reveals how every Disney story is a design thinking masterclass in disguise. Previously a design thinking coach at HPI d-school Potsdam, co-delivered bootcamps with Stanford d.school professors, and contributed to the This is Service Design Doing book.

Before this, he set up the risk innovation lab at a regional bank, pioneering machine learning experiments. He also established a data-led risk culture programme across Southeast Asia and was recognised with multiple industry awards.

Former management consultant with Deloitte and PwC, he holds a MSc in Management Psychology, and a Bachelor’s in Telecommunications Engineering.
