Richard M. Caballero has joined AltPayNet as Global Chief Growth Officer, effective October 1, 2025. A Filipino-Canadian executive with over 25 years of global experience, Richard has led multinational teams across 50+ countries in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and Business Development for top technology firms such as Hewlett Packard, Corel, Ingram Micro, Aimetis, and Digifort.

At HP, he was part of the prestigious LEAD Program for the company’s top 1% global talents. He later pioneered Ingram Micro’s Managed Services Division in Canada, earning back-to-back Encore Awards and the company’s Global Award of Excellence. As Global VP of Sales for a Canadian software firm, he led it to become one of Deloitte’s Top 50 Fastest-Growing Companies in Canada.

Richard is also founder of The Geese Project, an advocacy developing next-generation Filipino leaders. He holds a BCom from York University and an MBA from Rotman School of Management.
