Robert Anghel is passionate about digital banking, with nearly 20 years of experience in banking, telecom, and eCommerce. Throughout his career, Robert has spearheaded major transformation projects and launched digital platforms used by millions across Europe and Asia.

As the Chief Business Officer of Salt Bank, Romania’s first 100% digital neobank, he leads the Product Development, Marketing, Growth, and Customer Care teams, bringing technology and customer experience together in innovative ways.

He graduated from the Politehnica University of Timisoara and has also earned an MBA from the University of Illinois, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions.
