As former SVP and Chief Product Officer at TransUnion, she pioneered market-first innovations, earning 'Business Leader of the Year' for Technology and Analytics and 'Advocate of the Year' for advancing women in tech and finance. Previously, she held senior leadership positions at HSBC, including Global Head of Cards and Global Head of Innovation and Partnerships.

With experience living and working across the US, UK, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and India, Shail brings valuable cross-market perspective to innovation initiatives. She holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Tech from IIT Delhi.
