I've been here from day one, leading technology through every phase, from early architecture decisions through launch to today. I now spend much of my time on AI — building the foundations and guardrails that let teams adopt AI safely across a bank. Most organisations underestimate the groundwork needed before AI delivers real outcomes at scale.
