Subhashini Iyer is the Chief Operating Officer at Quantum Data Engines. As COO, she oversees product and customer success for Compass AML. She oversees delivery of AML solutions to customers across the spectrum in Banks, Insurance, Securities, Finance Companies, Pension Funds and Fintechs.

She is responsible for bringing confidence in AML compliance for over hundred thousand users processing over 1 Billion transactions everyday in 14 countries. Additionally, Subhashini is the founder of the WEEW (Women Empowered By Empowered Women) network and she also leads high-altitude mountaineering expeditions.
