Uday Sareen is the chief executive and head of Wholesale Banking Asia Pacific at ING, a role he has held since October 2024. He leads the bank's Wholesale Banking business across 11 markets in the region, shaping its strategic direction and growth across sectors and products, including lending, corporate finance, transaction services, financial markets, capital markets & advisory.

With more than 30 years of international banking experience across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Uday has led businesses across retail & private banking, digital and wholesale banking. His breadth of experience across products, industries, and markets provides a global perspective on the forces shaping business, capital flows and trade.
