Vandy is the VP and Head of Digital Banking of Hattha Bank Plc. The bank is one of the top tier commercial banks in Cambodia, having high digital adoption rate of over 80%. He joined the bank in late 2018 and has later spearheaded the development of digital banking since 2020. Currently, he oversees digital banking strategies, transformation and execution. His accomplishments include mobile banking, internet banking, payment gateway, smart banking and digital engagement.

Previously, Vandy held several key leadership roles in various industries ranking from private equity fund, investment bank to financial leasing.

He holds a Master Degree of Public Policy from The University of Tokyo, Japan and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kobe University, Japan. His two research papers were presented at School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, New York and Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at National University of Singapore, Singapore.
