Wayne Xu joined ZhongAn Online P&C Insurance as Chief Operating Officer in January 2014. In December 2017, he was appointed President of ZhongAn Technologies International Group (ZA Group) and led its establishment. He also serves as CEO of ZA Insure, a fully digital life insurer, and board director at ZA Bank, Hong Kong’s leading digital bank.

With extensive expertise in strategy and operations, Wayne spearheads the domestic and global business expansion of ZhongAn Online and ZA International, fostering a culture of balanced innovation through internet product development, online operations, and solid risk governance.

Before joining ZhongAn, Wayne was a founding member of Google China's product management team, where he accumulated over nine years of experience in internet product development and management for both global and Chinese markets.

Wayne holds an MBA from Tsinghua University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
