Yier Cao is Co-Founder and Growth Lead at Mimosa AI, where she builds agentic AI learning experiences for non-technical professionals navigating the shift from traditional finance to AI-native operations.

With 12+ years across management consulting (EY) and digital banking (WeLab, Constantinople), Yier has led 0→1 launches: including Indonesia's Bank Saqu, which reached 2M users in year one, and now focuses on translating that operator experience into practical AI adoption. At Constantinople, she drives go-to-market for an AI-native core banking stack across Southeast Asia.

Through Mimosa AI, she bridges the gap between fintech expertise and hands-on AI deployment, helping financial professionals move from strategy to shipping.

Yier is based in Singapore and is active in the regional AI and fintech community through the Singapore Fintech Association.
