No. Once registration is open, delegates can register up to and throughout the event. When our registration website closes, you are able to pay for a pass in our registration area at the event.

Please click on Forgotten Password and enter the email address you used to create your account. You should then receive an email to reset your password. If you do not receive the link, please contact us.
You can register several delegates before submitting to pay and do not have to pay for all registered delegates at the same time. You can also register delegates and then return to the My Passes section of your My Account area and register additional delegates or make changes before paying.
If you do not yet know the name of the delegate(s) attending, you can still register them without having to provide any details. Once you have the details, you'll be able to update the registration from the My Passes section of your My Account area.
In order for your registration to be processed, you must have paid your registration fee in full. Once we have received payment, we will contact you directly on next steps regarding registering your pass(es).
Please check with the Singapore embassy in your country if you are unsure whether a visa is necessary. Please note that only registered delegates will be provided a visa invitation letter upon request.
If you do require a visa, you can download a visa invitation letter directly online from the My Passes section of your My Account area, once you have registered. If the name on your registration differs from the one on your passport, please contact us.

There is 7% GST made payable on all passes purchased by Singaporean based companies.
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us to request an invoice for you. Payment is required within 30 days. If payment has not been received by this time, your invoice will be made void and that rate will no longer be honoured if the price has increased during or after this time. Once we have received payment, we will be in contact with you regarding next steps on how to register your passes.

It is advisable to contact your card issuing bank to authorise them to release the appropriate funds. Another alternative is a payment by bank transfer - if you would prefer to pay by this option, please contact us.
Yes, if you wish to make a name change, you can do so by hovering over the delegate’s pass from the My Passes section of your My Account area, clicking on Pass Options and then Replace Delegate.
No, however it will no longer be possible to make a name change via your online account when we close registration online, closer to when we commence our event in March.

Your pass is personal to you and once you have received your pass onsite it cannot be amended, substituted or reissued to another person. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not be permitted to use a pass other than the pass issued to you and which displays your name. We reserve the right to remove you from the event if you are found to be using a pass which has been issued to an already registered delegate.

All Money20/20 Asia passes are non-refundable, nor can they be transferred to another Money20/20 event. These cancellation terms apply for any type of cancellation reason.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make exceptions for personal reasons, weather conditions, travel delays or other factors outside your control. However, it is possible to replace a delegate, via the My Passes section of your My Account area.
When online registration closes closer to our event commencing in March, it will no longer be possible to make a name change via your online account, however you will still be able to make a name change at the registration area of the event if the pass has not already been printed.

Yes absolutely. We at Money20/20 want to ensure that we are catering to you as best as possible. Please ensure that you add in your dietary booking at the time of your booking – you will see a designated field for this when making your booking. If you did not book your own pass, please contact us with your dietary requirements and will add this in for you.
You will not be able to bring food into the venue but not to worry, your ticket includes catering throughout the day.
We are now closed for speaker submissions. You can still apply but your submission will be placed into the waiting list. You can do so here.
