JinA is the head of Corporate Venture Capital at Hanwha, where she focuses on investment opportunities that fit the group’s long-term strategy. Hanwha Group is one of the largest conglomerates in Korea and a GLOBAL FORTUNE 250 Company with 60 subsidiaries across 3 main pillars of businesses: Manufacturing · Construction, Finance (AUM of $140Bn), Service · Leisure. 

The Group believes in creating connectivity among the various players in the innovation ecosystem and leveraging the combined pool of strategic funds and resources to maximise post-investment value-add.
JinA began her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in San Francisco and London where she specialized in developing growth and marketing strategy for global tech and consumer goods companies. Prior to joining Hanwha, she was a founder & CEO of CHOPCHOP, a London-based food tech startup. JinA holds a B.A. in Ethics, Politics & Economics from Yale University.
