Commonwealth Bank of Australia , Executive Manager, Digital Transformation
Justin O’Donnell is the Executive Manager, Digital Transformation for Commonwealth Bank (CBA), International Financial Services. He is responsible for executing on the digital banking strategy for a new multi-country emerging markets digital bank. In this role, Justin is accountable for the design and delivery of products for the consumer and small business segments.
Justin has extensive experience in human centred design, agile project delivery, altering products to specific market needs, in addition the implementation of various emerging technologies for CBA (i.e. artificial intelligence and blockchain).
Justin began his career in Australia, firstly in sales, before taking on various strategy and product roles. In 2013, Justin moved to Singapore where he led the operations and lending product design for CBA’s international markets digital business. In 2015, Justin relocated to Hong Kong to begin work on the new bank. Justin has worked across multiple countries, including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore and South Africa.
