Making changes, updating your details and accessing your account
Need to edit details for yourself or other delegates? We’ve got you covered.
You can update the name on your pass online via your Pass Manager up until a few days before the show. Alternatively, name changes can be made at the registration desks onsite, provided the badge hasn’t already been printed or collected. All name changes are free of charge.
To update a name in your account: Go to the pass you wish to update. Select Options > Delegate Details > Click on “To replace the delegate, please click here.” Proceed to update the details.
If you don’t see this option, it may not be available for the pass type you're trying to update. In that case, please contact us at asia@money2020.com for assistance.
Yes, you will be able to update your dietary preferences directly on your pass registration details online or by contacting us at asia@money2020.com.
Your pass includes complimentary food and drinks throughout the show. Vegetarian and vegan options will be widely available, as well as a range of non-alcoholic drinks at all bars and networking events. All allergens and ingredients will be clearly highlighted across all food products and menus.
You can do this directly in the Pass Manager of your account or via the Money20/20 Connect app (when it launches). You only need to do this once on either platform.
To upload in the Pass Manager, click on Options > Delegate Details > Upload Headshot or hover directly over the photo icon on the pass > Add photo.
To upload via the app, once you are logged in, click Update your profile > Upload photo.
Note we don’t accept cartoon images, caricatures, animal photos, multiple faces in the frame, or a full body shot where the subject's face might be a bit difficult to identify.
To upgrade your existing pass directly in your Pass Manager select Options > Change pass and then select the pass you’d like to upgrade to. When you proceed to checkout you’ll only need to pay the difference in price between the original pass and the upgrade pass. For more information reach out to asia.vipservices@money2020.com.
Once a pass has been registered, it will remain in the original booking contact's account. But don’t worry, if your pass is fully registered, you will receive all the show pre-event information including helpful tips and tricks to prepare and plan your trip, details about how to access the Money20/20 Connect app and the badge pick up barcode email instructions pre arrival.

If you have an existing account, choose the ‘Forgot Password’ option for instructions on how to reset your password. Note an email will only be sent if you have an existing account.
If you have not yet set up your account or if you’d like to correct a typo on the email address used proceed to sign up for a new account using the correct email. Should you require assistance, get in touch at asia@money2020.com.
