Delegate FAQs
Once a pass has been registered, it will remain in the booking contact's Money20/20 Asia account online under Pass Manager.
But don’t worry, the attendee registered against the pass will still receive all the show details they need – including information on the program, the Money20/20 Connect App, Badge Pick Up, and more.
Depending on the order, you may be able to move the pass into a different online account. Email the Delegates team at asia@money2020.com to find out more.
To download a visa invitation letter from Money20/20, simply log in and navigate to Pass Manager, then select Options > Delegate Details > Request Visa Letter.
You’ll be prompted to enter your information and once complete, the letter will be ready to download. If your name on the pass differs from your passport, email the Delegates team at asia@money2020.com to request a letter with your full name.
Registered delegates will be able to view, sort, and filter the attendee list in Money20/20 Connect - our official App - when it launches. GDPR and internal policies prohibit sharing delegate data with individual delegates and sponsors.
In the App, delegates will also be able to speak directly with matches via instant messaging, book and accept unlimited meeting requests, build their personalized agenda, view the floor plan, and more.
A few days before the show, you’ll receive an email with your unique barcode and details on how to collect your badge onsite. You’ll also find the barcode in the Money20/20 Connect App, under Badge Pick-Up.
Your Money20/20 Asia badge will include your headshot, first and last name, job title, and company name. Make sure the details on your badge are up to date, but you can always log in to Pass Manager to make any changes.
To make changes to your pass, navigate to Pass Manager and select Delegate Details, then update the registration form online. You can also submit any special requirements at the same time.
To make a replacement, select Options > Delegate Details > Edit Details > “To replace the delegate, please click here” > Save.
If you’d like to make your pass purchase by invoice/bank transfer, this is possible by emailing our Delegates team at asia@money2020.com and requesting to have this option activated for your account.
Upon activation, you will see ‘Bank Transfer’ appear under payment methods on the checkout page of your account. After you click ‘Place Order’ we will generate an invoice automatically due for immediate payment using the billing information details provided. You will receive a confirmation email including your Order Number.
Create an account/login and navigate to Pass Manager > Purchased Orders. Click on Provide More Details for each pass to assign delegate details including uploading a headshot.
If you don’t see the passes, don’t worry, get in touch with the Delegates team at asia@money2020.com and we will help you locate them or assist in transferring them to your login account.
