What to bring

Not sure what to bring? We’ve got you covered!

  • Comfortable footwear: Make sure you bring comfortable shoes as you'll be doing a lot of walking. We recommend a pair of trainers or flats.
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat: Don't forget to protect yourself from the Bangkok sun! April is typically one of the hottest months of the year. The temperatures can range from around 28°C (82°F) during the night to about 36°C (97°F) or higher during the day.
  • Warm layers: Pack a lightweight jacket or sweater to layer over your outfits for the air-conditioned spaces at the venue.
  • What to wear during the day/industry nights: The dress code is usually business casual during the day/evening events, but do keep the warm weather in mind.
  • Portable phone charger: These are a must, if you don’t have one or forget to bring one, don’t worry. We have plenty of charging spaces across the show.
  • Mobile data: Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the show. SIM cards with data plans are also available at the airport and local convenience stores, offering affordable internet data access.
  • Notebook and pen: While devices are handy, having a physical notebook and pen can be invaluable for jotting down important notes and contacts during sessions and networking.
  • A reusable water bottle and stay hydrated throughout, utilizing our refill stations.
