This session explores a fundamental shift in perspective, moving from treating compliance as a constraint to positioning it as a core layer of infrastructure that can unlock efficiency and scale across the region. Regional policy initiatives such as the ASEAN Single Window present real opportunities to streamline trade and payments, and systems designed with compliance and interoperability at core are best placed to take advantage of these initiatives.
