Claire has 20 years of banking and payments experience across both traditional Tier 1 banks as well as the Fintech industry. Beginning her career with a correspondent banking focus at Wells Fargo Bank, Claire pivoted to the fintech industry as a Director at Revolut and Chief Operating Officer for a digital assets fintech called Orbital. In 2025, Claire moved to Dubai with her family to launch BCB Group into the UAE Market as Managing Director for the region.

Claire attended the Rise Up program in 2021 in Europe and has been an active member of the Rise Up community ever since.
