A seasoned financial services professional, Farah has close to 30 years of experience in capital markets, offshore finance, financial eco-system curation, fintech, digital assets, reinsurance, corporate & business advisory, stakeholder management, strategic communications and branding.

She previously served as CEO of Labuan IBFC, where she expanded cross-border market access and positioned Labuan as one of Asia’s fastest-growing hubs for fintech, wealth management and captive insurance. She later became Managing Director of Fusang Digital Asset Exchange, Asia’s first licensed exchange for tokenised securities, driving innovation in digital capital markets.

Today, as Global Advisor at FTAG Investment Bank, Farah works closely with management to advance the Bank’s digital innovation agenda, regional market expansion, strategic partnerships and next-generation financial solutions – including bespoke client platforms and ecosystem-driven growth initiatives.

She also serves on the boards of Webull Securities (Malaysia) and Tyndall Insurance, and advises the Fintech Association of Malaysia.
