Lesley is the CEO and co-founder of U Impact, a FinTech innovator dedicated to transforming investor engagement. Before founding U Impact, she spent over a decade at JP Morgan, Barclays, and Mizuho in London, gaining deep expertise in financial markets and strategy. She holds two Master’s degrees in Finance and Industrial Management from the University of Cambridge.

In 2021, she launched U Impact in Berlin with a mission to mobilize private capital for sustainability and drive financial inclusivity. U Impact offers a B2B SaaS solution that leverages Generative AI and behavioural science to activate investors, with a focus on women, next-generation investors, and sustainable finance.

A TEDx speaker and recognized industry leader on the Women in FinTech Powerlist by Innovate Finance. She regularly speaks at major global conferences, tackling topics on sustainable finance, financial inclusion, and the future of investing.
