When does delegate registration open for Money20/20 Asia?

We are now open for delegate registration. For all passes and prices, visit our Pass Picker.

When does Money20/20 Asia 2024 take place?

Money20/20 Asia kicks off on Tuesday 23 April and finishes on Thursday 25 April 2024.

Where will Money20/20 Asia 2024 be held?

The Money20/20 Asia show will be held on 23-25th April 2024 at The Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The full address is 60 Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Ratchadaphisek Road, Khlong Toei Sub-district, Khlong Toei District, Bangkok Thailand.

Is there a registration deadline?

No, once registration is open, delegates can register up to and throughout the show, but we recommend securing your pass early to secure the best rate. You can also purchase a pass onsite at Badge Pick Up.

How can I apply for the Qualifying Country Pass discount?

If your company has a global headquarters in any of the following countries, you are eligible to apply for a discounted rate to attend:

You can apply online via Pass Picker.

Is it possible to register more than one delegate before paying or must I pay for each delegate individually?

You can register several delegates before submitting to pay at checkout and do not have to pay for all registered delegates at the same time.

I do not yet know the details of the delegates who will be attending, can I still register them?

You can still register passes without having to provide any details up until Midnight Sunday 25 February, 2024. Once you have the details, you'll be able to update the registration from the My Orders section of your Pass Manager area.

Payment Options

Which currencies do you accept?

All payments must be made in USD ($). We do not accept any other currency.

What methods of payment are accepted?

You can pay prior to the event with all major credit card providers and you can also request to pay via invoice.

How do I pay by Invoice?

Please contact the Delegates Team to request this service. We will activate this option in your account and you’ll be able to download your invoice directly upon checkout. By completing checkout via Bank Transfer please note you are entering a binding contract by which you are required to make payment in full. To find out more see our T&Cs. Payment is required immediately.

What options do I have if my credit card is declined or if I get an error message at checkout?

Contact your card issuing bank to authorize them to release the appropriate funds or get in touch with the Delegates Team with a description of the steps taken, a screenshot of the error message you received and the browser version you are using.

How To Access Your Money20/20 Asia Pass

I am having trouble accessing my account. What should I do?

Please click on Forgotten Password and enter the email address you used to create your account. You should then receive an email to reset your password. If your account has been created using an incorrect email address please contact the Delegates Team.

Can I move passes to another account?

Yes, please fill in our Contact Us form with your request by selecting ‘__Passes Support & Registration__’ from the dropdown and filling in your booking information details. Please note that we are unable to split out passes between accounts, bookings containing multiple passes will be moved together.

I have a pass for the show, but cannot locate it in my Money20/20 account, what should I do?

Please check to see if your pass was purchased by a colleague. If it was purchased by a colleague under their email address, your pass will not show under your account. If you are unable to find out who purchased your pass, please contact the Delegates Team for further assistance.

How To Make A Name Change

Can I change the name of a booked delegate?

Yes, you can make a name change by hovering over the delegate’s pass from the My Orders section of your Pass Manager area and clicking on Options > Delegate details > Edit details > Replace Delegate and complete the details of the new delegate attending.

Is there a deadline to make a name change?

No, however it will no longer be possible to make a name change via your online account from Midnight Sunday 21 April 2024. It is also possible to make a name change onsite at Badge Pick Up as long as the badge has not yet been printed.

How can I change the name/email of the main booking contact?

If you wish to make changes to the booking contact, please fill in our Contact Us form selecting ‘__Passes Support & Registration__’ from the dropdown and filling in your booking information details.

Visa Information

What do I do if I require a visa?

Please check with the Thai embassy if you are unsure whether a visa is necessary. Please note that only registered attendees will be provided a visa invitation letter. We always recommend you check regularly for the latest travel updates.

If you do require a visa, you can download a visa invitation letter directly online from the My Orders section of your Pass Manager area. Once you have registered, simply click on Options on the pass(es) under your Purchased Orders and then Request Visa Letter. If the name on your registration differs from the one on your passport, please contact the Delegates Team.

Accommodation

Do you have any hotel recommendations local to the show?

Money20/20 are working with an accommodation provider local to the show and we will have competitive rates with hotels local to the show location. Please contact the Accommodation Team for more information.

Dietary Requirements

I have specific dietary requirements. Can I add this in my booking?

Yes, absolutely. We at Money20/20 want to ensure that we are catering to you as best as possible. Please ensure that you add in your dietary booking requirements at the time of your booking registration. You will see a designated field for this when registering your pass. If you did not book your own pass, please contact the Delegates Team with your dietary requirements and will add this in for you.

Am I allowed to bring in my own food?

You will not be able to bring food into the venue but not to worry, your pass includes complimentary food and drink throughout the day.

Cancellation Policy

Are passes refundable or transferable?

All passes are non-refundable nor can they be transferred to another Money20/20 show as per our T&Cs. However your booking may be transferred to another person. To make changes to an existing registration, hover over the delegate’s pass from the My Orders section of your Pass Manager area and click on Options > Delegate details > Edit details > Replace Delegate and follow the steps on the screen.

I can only attend for one day; can I transfer my pass to somebody else?

No, passes are non-transferable once printed.

Specialty Passes And Your Application

How can I apply for a specialty pass type?

You can apply to unlock an exclusive discounted rate if your company is a Start up, Retailer or Government/Nonprofit Organization. The rate is subject to confirmation that your company qualifies. Please ensure you meet our Full Criteria before applying and provide all the correct information as required in the application form. Failure to do so will result in delays in processing your application.

I have submitted a speciality pass application but my pass is still showing as pending. How can I proceed with my order?

Once submitted, the Delegates Team will process your application within 5 working days, once reviewed we will be in touch with the outcome.

Can students attend Money20/20 Asia?

If you are a student in full time education, you may be eligible to attend Money20/20 Asia at a discounted rate. For more information including eligibility criteria, please contact the Delegates Team.

Money20/20 Connect App

When can I access the Money20/20 Connect App?

All registered delegates will gain access to the Money20/20 Connect App once it launches closer to the show in 2024. Your login credentials will be sent to you via email along with instructions on how to login. You will have the option to opt in/out of networking from the My Orders section of your Pass Manager area. For any questions contact our Delegates Team.

Attendee List

Can I have access to an attendee list?

All registered delegates will be able to view, sort and filter the full attendee list in Money20/20 Connect App once it launches to view and message all attendees that have opted into networking in the App. Please note that due to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our internal policy states that we are unable to share or export or disclose any delegate data or booking details, amongst other things, to individual sponsors and companies.

Will we share your personal data with third parties?

Money20/20 owns all rights to the attendee list and does not sell the list to third parties. Your information is confidential and we process it responsibly. We will only share personal data with our selected partners and sponsors to enhance the attendee experience. If required, personal data will be shared with public and/or governmental authorities, brands within Ascential, IT and analytics providers and/or agency partners.
