The Speaker Portal is your central hub for managing all aspects of your speaking engagement. Here you can upload your speaker information, begin your speaker passes process, and access your session details and calendar invites and more.

Follow these simple steps to register and access your Speaker Portal:

Step 1: Check Your Welcome Onboarding Email

Look for the email address provided in your Welcome Onboarding Email – this is the email you'll use to register.

Step 2: Register on the Speaker Portal

Click the link provided in your Welcome Onboarding Email to access the Speaker Portal. Once there, click "Sign Up", enter the email address from your Welcome Onboarding Email, and create a new password for your account.

Step 3: Access The Speaker Portal

Once registered, log in to the Speaker Portal. You'll see your profile displayed on the dashboard. Click on your profile to upload your speaker information, manage speaker passes, and view session details.

To ensure we’re promoting the most accurate details and generating your personalised badge, please complete the following fields in your Speaker Portal:

• Personal Details: Salutation, full name, phone number
• Company Details: Job title, company name, company address
• Speaker Bio: Max. 150 words

  1. Orientation: Portrait
  2. Background: Neutral or plain (White, Grey, or Beige)

Visa/Invitation Letter

All passengers arriving in Thailand MUST complete and submit the Thailand Digital Arrival card via this website 3 days in advance of their arrival date in Thailand. Full details for user guide on how to submit can be found here.

We will only provide visa letters to speakers who are registered to attend the event. To find out if you need a VISA to enter Thailand, please go to https://www.thaievisa.go.th/.

For those who require an entry Visa to Thailand, the applicable visa is Tourist Visa for attendance to the Money20/20 Asia show.
You may generate visa invitation letters in Purchased Orders > Options > Request Visa Letter. If you require any additional documents to submit as part of your visa application please get in touch with us at speakers.asia@money2020.com.

Your personalised social media banner is ready to help amplify your session:

Any content that would bring Money20/20 or Informa Festivals into discredit should be avoided in your session, including anything that is defamatory, offensive, or inflammatory.

By participating, you’ve confirmed with the Content Team that you hold all necessary permissions and clearances for any third-party content included in your presentation.

As part of your Speaker Journey, the Content Team will reach out to schedule a 30-minute video briefing with you in the weeks leading up to the show.

During this call, the team will walk through your session format, objectives, and key messaging to ensure everything’s aligned and impactful.

You’ll receive a digital Stage AV pack ahead of the show containing all relevant details for your session’s staging. This may include:

• 🎤 AV equipment overview & stage setup (e.g. furniture, entry/exit points)
• 📊 Presentation specifications, submission guidelines & deadlines (if applicable)
• 🖼️ Visuals of your stage & audience area
• 👗 Guidance on stage attire

Typical setup includes:

• 🎙️ Hands-free or handheld mic (dependent on stage format)
• ⏩ Slide clicker
• 📺 Confidence monitors at the foot of the stage
• ⏱️ Countdown timer visible during your session

Your session visuals — including slides, audio, or video — should be neutral in tone and deliver constructive value to our audience.

Our team will connect with you to complete an On-Screen Technical form, including your AV preferences. Please ensure all content is submitted by the stated deadline.

To ensure your session runs smoothly and looks its best on stage, please follow these presentation guidelines:

• 🎞️ Format: Slides must be submitted in PowerPoint (.ppt / .pptx) or Keynote (.key) and formatted for high-definition projection. While 16:9 widescreen is standard, some stages feature custom screen configurations — please refer to your stage’s AV Pack for specific formatting guidance.
• 🔤 Fonts: If using custom fonts not included in standard font packs, please embed them in your file and include the font pack separately with your submission.
• 🎬 Embedded Media: Any embedded gifs, videos, or audio files must be submitted as individual attachments alongside your presentation file.

🧠 Recommended Layout Tips

• Use bold or thick-lined fonts for better visibility
• Recommended font size: 36–44 pt
• Minimum font size: 28 pt
• Keep it concise: Max. 10 lines per slide

Full AV specifications — including stage setup and technical requirements — are available in your stage AV pack. If you haven’t received this yet, please contact: speakers.asia@money2020.com.

An email will be sent to reserve your speaking slot in your calendar. Once received, you’ll be prompted to visit your Speaker Portal and accept the invite under the Session Details tab.

📥 After acceptance, you’ll have two options to secure it in your calendar:

• Download the invite from the portal and add it to your calendar.
• Alternatively, follow the instructions in the confirmation email to book it directly.

Keep an eye on your inbox to stay informed as the show approaches.

The Content Team will schedule a 30-minute video call in the weeks leading up to the show to walk through your session objectives and format.

If your session includes demos or presentations, you’ll have an opportunity onsite to verify your content setup with the AV team at the Exclusive Onsite Lounge. We’ll reach out to coordinate this closer to the show.

On the morning of your session, optional group stage tours will run at selected stages. These offer a chance to familiarise yourself with the layout and flow. Look out for an invite and accept it if you'd like to join.

Your show passes can be collected onsite at Badge Pickup.

Please note:

• 🔁 Passes are non-transferable

Dedicated Lane for Speakers

To make things easier onsite, speakers can use the dedicated fast-track lane. Please bring:

• ✅ Valid ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license)

• 📩 Your badge barcode collection email — this will arrive a few days before the event

• 📲 You can also access your barcode through the MONEY20/20 CONNECT App under ‘Badge Barcode’.

💡 Can’t find your barcode? No problem — our onsite registration team will assist in locating your booking and getting you sorted.

📸 Recording & Rights

Select sessions may be recorded. By accepting your speaking role at Money20/20 Asia, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to distribute your session (in full or part) by any means and in any context we see fit.

🚫 Third-Party Coverage

Third-party videographers and photographers are not permitted at our stages.

📁 Access to Media

• While we strive to capture all speakers on stage, it may not always be possible to photograph everyone. Therefore, we encourage speakers to have their team use personal devices to take pictures of them on stage, as professional cameras are not allowed. Event photos will be made available within one week post-show.
• Session recordings (if applicable) will be made available to speakers after the event. Further details on accessing the recordings will be shared with applicable speakers.
